[Here, we are not discussing people who inherit wealth or fame from their glorious predecessors. It is about some self-made people and about those who attained unbelievable heights with minimum or no support.]
Simple Question: A person earns lots of money and respect. Another person of the same age and order followed almost the same course and received similar education, but did not attain even one-tenth of what the former got. What's reason behind this gap?

What do you find common to almost every Celebrity or Successful Personality in any geography:
* Good Looking [Not Necessarily; some of them look like bed-ridden patients.]
* Good Speaker [Not Necessarily; some of them speak like kids and are simultaneously mocked at.]
* Always speaks sense [No. They are like any other person who cracks jokes and gets perturbed due to heavy downpour during the weekends.]
* They do great or big things [Rarely. Most of them do some silly tasks. Besides, how many of you do know the names of the Scientists and the Nobel Laureates from your country?]
* Full of Knowledge [Not always. Most people with wisdom and conscience struggle to derive their share of respect; they are like any other person residing in a locality.]
* They are liked by Everyone [Never. No person who was liked by one and all has ever descended on the earth. Many such people face large-scale demonstrations against them. Some of them have survived several secret attacks.]
* They are very Polite [They are not the coolest people in existence. They have their own sprees and mood swings.]
* People of Great Values and Principles: [Not always. Many of them are as corrupt as you and I!]

* Exposed to Greater Risks: Yes. They expose themselves to greater risks and uncertainties which others try to escape. They did what they liked. They 'atleast' try to face what befalls them.
* No Success Meter or Achievements List: They don't keep looking at their 'success meter'. They rarely scroll down the list of their 'achievements'.
* At peace with themselves: They are happy with (sometimes proud of) their lives irrespective of their background and future. They never lament upon things they could not achieve. "I should have done like this or like that." or "By now, I must have built 3 houses and bought 7 cars. But I could not. I am a loser. On the other hand, 'he' has ... and so on." They don't have 'Alexander-the-Conqueror' type plans.
* Survival of the Fittest: They are always ready to adjust and are super flexible. Also, they are not a victim of 'Guilty Conscience' and 'Inferiority Complex'. [They might have outgrown or overcome the same.]
* Like a Commoner: They are personable. People feel at home with them. Owing to this simple attribute, they attract more people. Hence, they are rarely alone.
* Conformists: They observe and respect the Pecking Order. They understand the local culture and trend very well. They always follow - When in Rome, Do as the Romans Do. [However, some of them stood against the established system and emerged victories. But, such people are few in numbers.]
* Cover-up: They know the real job behind their job. Like a person who identifies himself as a poet; however, he knows that his real task is that of an 'entertainer' and not reading 'old verses or incomprehensible' poetry.
* They Earn Millions: Atleast they have enough money to feed themselves and their family.They earn a good deal of amount or their prospects of earning are very bright. They are trustworthy and their BrandEquity is reliable.However, there are billions of people who earn millions, but are confined to their shops! Thus, money is really important as ultimately everything boils down to money in this globalised economy.
* Maximum Acceptance: They draw maximum acceptance (I don't know how) irrespective of their background or social status. This is the real Art.
* They have very Good Listening Skills: Whatever they listen (including your non-sense), they do it very patiently.
* The Unpredictable Life: They have faith in the process called Life.
Summary: These 'Superhit' people are those 'Projected Commoners' who are:
* Simple, without pride, flexible and like any other commoner.
* A part of society and remain connected till the end.
** Commoner plus Simplicity minus All extraneous Faults in excessive amounts.
*** The more you Tolerate, the more you are Punished.
*** Remember: Your only asset is Your Thoughts and Courage to pursue your Dreams. You already have 'that' in you. It won't come form outside. You are more than your Degree, Salary Slip or Designation.
