When Your Errors Meet the World's Mirror

   Do You Remember those days when you were at school and had to answer a few subjective questions to pass an exam? Such exams honed your writing skills and made you detail oriented. Even if your answers were not complete, you were awarded marks on the basis of step marking formula. This process continued for almost 15 years (10+2+3). During this long and tedious period the focus was broadly on the PROCESS and not on the outcome (OUTPUT).


Let’s simplify it:
Teachers taught you the basics (INPUT) and you processed the information in a predefined format. More or less, you were expected to follow this predefined and unquestioned format for years. There was neither any trick nor any shortcut. If some students talked of tricks or shortcuts, they were instantly discouraged and given a heinous look.

   Once You Leave your college and don’t want to be called a student anymore, you desire of being independent. Now you want MONEY, FAME and POWER in no time! You draft your resume on the basis of your education and interests. This is your first OUTPUT that you show to the world. Unlike our schools or colleges, everybody in this world wants INSTANT OUTPUT irrespective of your INPUT and PROCESS. This marks the beginning of your troubles. Those who satisfy this criterion are known as PROFESSIONALS, WELL-QUALIFIED OR WELL-EDUCATED. Companies/Public/World has no interest in your mode of INPUT and route of PROCESS; all they want is OUTPUT. All they care for is that the candidate should be legally useful within the geographical boundaries of a nation.

   After This Shock everybody is in the retrospective mode. You condemn and curse your schooling and pedagogy. Thereafter, you pursue a course in management and take an oath to work hard all your life. Hence, you become an integral part of the “Rat Race”. The remaining years of your life are spent in future planning. Now your focus rests on widening your income bracket and narrowing the tax bracket (by hook or by crook). You want to get ahead of your colleagues (and everybody whom you meet) in terms of power and pay. You want your family to feel maximum materialistic pleasure. Also, your dreams which were not fulfilled on account of several reasons beyond your control and comprehension have been successfully superimposed on your child. Your child is now the “NEW YOU”!!! This process has continued since times immemorial (irrespective of the circumstances of any period or era).


And then... You want to write or know more? …   … (fill it yourself because only you understand yourself better than anyone else on this planet.)
